the view was so priceyy.. u will slept with the cloud.. im so in love with the view. the owner was super duper kind. im soo happy stayed at crystal hill R.. and the owner and worker was so kind cause my phone tablet missing n i forgot(misplace) but the owner kept it n mention it i can uturn to take my belonging ❤️❤️❤️ tq so much..

The facilities are very outdated and poorly maintained, with no proper repairs done. The hairdryer mentioned was not provided, and the toiletries were insufficient for five people. The soundproofing is extremely poor, the flooring is damaged with visible holes, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

The selling point of this property is the unobstructed view of Mount Kinabalu. The balcony was good The view of the mountains was breathtaking going up/down the hotel to main road.
