Our room near to the main entrance, easy to access to the counter and staff very nice and helpful.

The view from the room is nice, however it did not fully meet our expectations based on what was described and previously reviewed. It felt somewhat different from what we anticipated. Overall, while the scenery is still pleasant, we hope the description and presentation can be improved to better reflect the actual experience for future guests.

Basic but comfortable room, nice seating on balcony. Views of garden from the room lovely. Farmhouse Restaurant next door very handy & short car ride or longish walk to park entrance.

My family and i stayed here before and after our hike at Kinabalu. Less than 5 mins away from the park entrance, this place accomodated well to our needs of resting and relaxing. Very homey feel.

Suitable for those who get ready for mount kinabalu hike.. Just few minutes drive to Kinabalu Park

The location is good, just beside the main road and near to Kinabalu park. The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment is cooling, quiet and beautiful.

The room was generally acceptable; however, it would have been helpful if we had been informed in advance that the rooms do not come with a fan or air conditioning. This information is important, especially considering the climate and location. We booked two rooms—one with a queen bed, and another with a queen and a single bed. We noticed that the smaller room was better equipped, with a functioning TV (including Netflix and YouTube) and a ventilation system that helped regulate the room temperature. In contrast, the larger room did not have a ventilation fan or any proper airflow system. As a result, the room became quite warm during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The lack of ventilation also meant there was no way to circulate cooler air into the room. Additionally, the TV in the larger room did not have access to Netflix, which was inconsistent with the smaller room. Regarding the bathroom, it was generally fine, but the water heater was not sufficiently hot. Given the cold weather at higher altitudes, especially in the early morning, the water temperature felt quite cold and made it uncomfortable to shower. Overall, these points are shared as constructive feedback to help improve the guest experiences

It is peaceful place stay with basic amenities. The cleanliness is acceptable in general though can be improved further especially the toilet. The check in time is until 8:30pm and WIFI was broken down during our stay.

Everything needed for a BBQ was there.....Laddles,dishes,pots,etc....The house was great for 8 of us ...A table that can accommodate all of us ....
