everything !!! the view mt kinabalu from this house is awesome !!! the house is clean, have a hot shower .. big kitchen , also have a balcony.. u can enjoy the view from the balcony.. i swear u will love it !

“reccomended for family stay but need to consider those unable to walk up and down stairs”
1. The view is spectacular. on clear skies, can see the top of mount kinabalu from the balcony while enjoying hot coffee. 2. comfortable for those who dont mind a village style accommodation. 3. suitable for family vacation as the basic necessities i.e. kitchen and family area are ready to use. 4. got hot water for showering and two separate bathroom.

“wonderful, well facilitated, near to town and other attractions”
location with Verandah facing the Mount Kinabalu and most of Kundasang town. Ample space for 6/8ppl. comfortable beds. wonderful facilities in the kitchen.

“i didn’t stay as in wasn’t accessible for an elderly person . we had to find another accommodation”
the property was located on the 1st floor hence it’s not suited for anyone with disability. The GF wasn’t part of the rented area . the parking area was small and the surrounding was rather crowded with other homestay
