“Great location, beautiful place”
Helpful staff, perfect communication in English as well. 100m walk to eef beach. Diving and snorkelling activities offices are on the same street.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel has its own little shop with some snacks and drink but also souvenirs and swimming clothes, beach shoes etc. the location on the island is a little off the main part more in a sort of resort with other hotels and some restaurants but by taxi you can quickly get to other parts of the island and also buses are around but they don't run too often so check early. Down the road are nice places to eat (not pricy) and a family mart for anything else you need. They have a pool, you can get breakfast if you want to ( I got it one day and it was very good) and they offer washing machines and dryers you can use 24/7 and in the shop you get detergent for one load for 50 yen (very cheap).

“Amazing Staff”
The staff are incredible - extremely friendly and they couldn't do enough to help us. Hotel is clean and comfortable with a great breakfast.

“Would stay again”
We took the bus from the airport, which conveniently dropped us right outside the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome from the lovely front desk staff. They truly made the hotel feel special and were always helpful and caring toward us, even with the language barrier. We used the bike hire service to ride around the island, which was great fun (there is a small charge), and it was a wonderful way to explore. There’s also a little shop in the hotel with gifts and snacks, which was very handy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay

“Good potential hotel but needs some upgrades and a good wash”
The location is good - close to the beach and some shops and restaurants. The hotel and room were spacious. There was laundry there if you needed and the pool area was open. Staff is very friendly and reception area is nice and modern. I got a deal on this hotel so would say it was okay for the value of money.

“Beautiful location, comfortable resort, lovely staff, great view and spacious room”
Kumejima is a very nice spot to experience amazing Japanese food and enjoy it all with beautiful beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and even main okinawa island. The resort is just walking distance to restaurants and the beach, bus comes straight to the door and for those who have international drivers licence can hire a mini car or scooter for small trips around the island. The room was large, spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely ocean view. Restaurant at the resort had areally nice food (sandwich was delicious and large) we shared ours and it was a perfect portion. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast with a variety of choices, the earlier you go the more choice you'll have.
