“Incredible location!!!”

Amazing location and huge rooms!! The view from the room balcony is absolutely outstanding, and it is steps to the beach. You can hear the sound of ocean waves all night. It's also right by a bunch of restaurants (reservations mandatory). The staff are also incredible!! They were super welcoming and helpful, giving local pointers. Wifi was good and AC was good. Breakfast was good with Okinawan specialties and new dishes each day.

The hotel is right on the sea, so you can enjoy it without going somewhere. There is a pool, public bath, bar, restaurant, gym, and a shop in the hotel, which is very convenient. The breakfast was really good, different dishes for various tastes. The evening barbecue in the same restaurant was quite expensive but really amazing. The staff is very kind and respectful.

Very welcoming by all staff - every day. Helped us with car rental and taxis as we are not Japanese speakers. Great location on the island for snorkelling, swimming, restaurants, family mart. Outstanding breakfast.

This hotel is perfectly positioned right at the beach.Two swimming pools, jacuzzi,onsens,all with the sea view. Nothing is really occupied.Sea is clean with corals. Very good breakfast. Great value for the price.Many local restaurants with local specialties just minutes walk from the hotel.

“Service needs improve”

The Japanese receptionist girl who looks like boy was not so kind, when I asked for room change because of long distance walk , she said the hotel was full, but actually lots of rooms were empty on the website waiting for sale. It seems that she was polite and always said let me check, and looked busywork but I knew her answer in advance which was “sorry,bala bala”. And the Nepal receptionist girl is really warmhearted, maybe she doesn’t know how to pretend to be polite and actually do nothing.

“Relaxing place on the best beach in Kumejima”

The location is superb. The beach is amazing. It is a quiet and nice place. The staff both at the reception and restaurant was friendly and helpful. There was a big variety of food for breakfast and it was very delicious. The spa was great after whole day. Room was very spacious and comfy and there are also washing machines / dryers available at small fee.

Amazing beach right behind the hotel

Very good breakfast but not vegetarian nor vegan options. The location is very good and closed to the beach but restaurants around were closed. The rooms are very wide.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices! It was great to have a nice beach right in front of the hotel, and the swimming pool was also nice. The bath house was very relaxing as well and there weren't many guests at the time so we mostly had that to ourselves.
