They asked for additional money besides booking. It was said that they have parking but it is just for 3 cars and they have their cars parked there at all times so you have to go across very busy main road in case that you are lucky and there are some spots left, if not, you have nowhere but to leave your car somewhere beside the road and hope for the best

Truly amazing view! Lovely balcony. Host was very helpful. We were able to park right outside the door. Our trip coincided with a national holiday where all supermarkets were closed so we didn't use the cooking facilities but the kitchenette seemed to be well equipped.
