We had an amazing stay! Milan gave us a very warm welcome and took the time to show us everything. On the first morning, we were even surprised with breakfast, and later we also received a lovely souvenir. These thoughtful gestures made our stay extra special! The house itself is fantastic as well and has everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much, Milan! We would love to book again for next year already. We’re really looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful clean house with the most amazing view of the bay. I loved how quiet and private the house was and the garden was wonderful, very peaceful place to sit and soak up the sun. Comfy bed, great shower and very hospitable host Milan whom couldn't do enough for us.10 minute walk to some lovely small beaches and nice cafes/ restaurants in the pretty village of Kumbor, 5 minute drive to the beautiful town of Herceg Novi which we absolutely loved.

The views, location, hospitality were on top! We really enjoyed spending our vacation here. Perfect for people who want to have calm and cozy holidays.

Wow, wow, wow! 5-star Villa for 2 - all of the amenities you see are not shared with anyone else. Villa - Beautiful newly built, thoughtful stylish house. (It has spoiled us for future rental standards). Stunning views - location, location, location ❤️! The elevated location means a steep climb up stepped path from the road where your car is parked. Although Milan carried the case up for us after he met us to take us to the parking area and location. All needed is to turn up and relax! - you have every possible thing you need or may have forgotten provided e.g. toothbrush, toilet rolls, toiletries, towels, washing-up liquid, washing machine detergent etc, etc! Fabulous host - Milan, available, attentive but with the perfect balance, special touches - Breakfast bakery items left for you on the first morning, a large range of drinks awaits your arrival and a fresh fruit basket. House cleaned, linen and towels refreshed at the end of our first week.

Everything was fabulous about House Hill Star Kumbor. Milan was super friendly, helpful and so generous. His house was extremely comfortable, exceptionally well equipped with supplies of fruit, wine, soft drinks, water and beer. The views from the spacious outdoor areas were out of this world making it for a beautiful and relaxing experience. I wish I stayed longer!

It was the best stay I've ever had. Milan (host) is very nice and friendly and will make you feel like at home :) The apartment is really something like a half of a house - it is really big and you will find there anything you need. At the ground floor there is very well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and coffee, teas, dishwasher, cooker, fridge, space to eat etc. You will find also everything you need to cook a dinner. There were even some drinks and fruits waiting for us :) At the 1st floor you will find, again, very well equipped bathroom with towels, washing machine, shower, hair dryer, cosmetics. Then you have bedroom with comfortable bed and wardrobe. Also you have living room with TV and comfortable corner sofa. There is also a big balcony with chairs and table where you can admire beautiful views :) Also at the ground floor you will find huge garden/terrace space with chairs, tables and sundbeds with beautiful views at Kotor bay. It is better than you can imagine - a perfect place to eat breakfast and chill with a beer or drink. It is very important to mention that there is no one else than you. You will have full privacy there. Maybe a neighbor's cat will come to visit you, but that's it! No one will be entering your space, everything is just for you. We had a car and there are two parking spots - one is near the apartment, but it was occupied by the neighbor. So we parked 3 minutes away, but it is not really a problem. Milan will show you the parking space and help you out with your baggage and parking spot is free. All you need to do is to go up like for 50m to the apartment, that's it. This is my longest opinion that I've ever written, but Milan and his apartment deserve it. It was the best and nicest host I've ever met. If I ever come back to Kotor bay - then only to Milan. Thank you for extra breakfast, cake and a souvenir. Simply for everything. Milan, you are the best! :)

Nice View and quite place

The house is well decorated. Nothing missed and if i come back in montenegro i will rent again this house. The wish of owner is you to feel welcome, to this, he joined acts to his words. For cats lover, neighborn has cats who will join you if you call them. Thank you Milan for this nice week.
