Tumi hostel is the best place for any traveler or visitors, their prices are affordable and not only affordable but also cheap, staff are well trained and very reliable, they serve with smile and happiness, their break fast is fantastic, thank you for welcoming me this way

Tumi hostel is a perfect place to stay in Kumasi; you can relax and chill here. The girls who run it are kind and professional; you can buy hand made things here, even personal clothes. Breakfast is great and I definitely suggest to stay for dinner. Thanks a lot girls!

“Friendly and good value :)”

Love the vibe of this place - it's in a great area of Kumasi and easy to get to places. Communal dinner is a great way to meet other travellers and hear many stories of Ghana. The shop is excellent and really good value - it's a great place to buy gifts and have things made too. The rooms are simple, clean and have everything you need. Hope to visit again if I ever return to Kumasi.

Great staff, great hostel but the price seemed a bit too cheap for such a great place. Deep respect to you!

“Fantastic and clean stay with friendly people”

It looks amazing on the inside and out. They are also supporting a good cause. Everybody is super friendly and ready to help. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner too. Also, they have a shop where you can buy their handcrafted goods. It’s also a perfect place to meet other travellers.

The atmosphere was very welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The meals were freshly prepared and delicious. It was comfortable even as a solo guest, and I enjoyed chatting with guests from different countries!

“Excellent spot”

Tumi's is a great place to stay. The place is very organized and the coop they have in place helps support the empowerment of local women who weave in the atelier. The dorm is comfy and very clean. Breakfast is great and so is the dinner they offer. There is an interesting mix of people hanging out in the garden and for dinner during the day. There is also a shop selling the beautiful handicrafts designed in the atelier. Price is great as well.

This is a lovely little hostel: secure, comfortable, quirky and excellent value with the breakfast included. It has excellent links to the community, with a small business on the premises. The location is great, about ten minutes in a tuk-tuk from the bus station and the centre of town. The staff were all very nice, and drinks and food are available. I had a great stay 😊

Very nice and clean place to stay in the middle of Kumasi. Nice to meet other travellers and have dinner together! Big and secure parking for big cars. Breakfast was nice too.

“Best hostel in Ghana”

I got a recommendation from some fellow travelers and booked the hostel without thinking too much about it. I was even more surprised what I found. A very cosy and welcoming place, cleaner than any other place I have been to, phenomenal staff, and super good food. The location seems a bit away from the city center, but that makes it save and quiet at night. On top this hostel is run by a program for women empowerment, much needed in Africa. An absolut surprise and I was bummed that I had set my travel plans to tight and couldn't stay longer. Not for Kumasi, for the hostel.

We stayed in one of their 3 double rooms. It was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinners were excellent, served on the communal table. Overall a great atmosphere! Exceptionally well ran hostel.
