Nice clean room and hotel. Exceptional staff. Wifi good and worked for majority of stay but down for awhile. Was offered wifi hotspot as alternative.

“Comfortable stay”
The hotel is very elegant. The rooms are clean and have all amenities. The hotel’s location is a little far from the city center, but it is also in a quiet place that makes you enjoy the tranquility. The staff is friendly and makes you feel warmly welcomed. The internet is good and the price is acceptable. I hope they continue at this level.

The staff were all incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible. They were always on hand to answer any questions I had and were happy to provide advice and assistance whenever it was needed. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the overall experience was pleasant and stress free.

+ i liked the location next to fabi junction trotro station on the lake road and quiet neighbourhood + friendly and helpful staff + breakfast (i must say i cannot understand the negative critics about the breakfast i was always satisfied) + good wifi and aircondition + we had the rooms 8 and 6 with view towards the courtyard

The reception from the entire staff was very good. The breakfast was super good. The room was well cleaned and arranged with a very strong bed neatly dressed with plenty of pillows as well as a blanket. The room's interior decoration is very simple and beautiful. The room is noise-free from the outside. The bathroom is neat with a functional water heater. They have a strong and reliable WiFi connection.
