“From reservation online and telling you to cancel the booking and being asked to book a room higher”
There is norm of the staff asking you to cancel your online booking as your room is no more available, whiles you have been given a reservation code. Then you will be asked to book a room there and then with the idea of exchange rate brouhaha

I really enjoyed the staff friendly atmosphere. I had a clean room and a bed. The cleaners always kept the room tidy and changed the bedsheets.The location is a very quiet area . I recommend this beautiful hotel facility to everyone across the globe.
