“A lovely and fully equipped Japanese house”
The house is spacious and fully equipped. We can enjoy cooking here. There are ample spaces to accommodate more persons and even car parking. There are unexpectedly two toilets.

The house is well maintained and very clean, nice garden in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen with seasoning. We picked few pieces of sweet cumquat in the garden (sorry to the owner if it is not allowed).

“A fascinating and comfortable house in a pleasant semi-rural area.”
This is a large, well appointed house, with traditional Japanese rooms and Western rooms, and we were very comfortable. We appreciated the semi-rural environment, and the garden around the house.

“We can only recommend the vacation house!”
We (4 people) stayed here to have a weekend in Kumano and go to Maruyama Senmaida (Rice terraces). The house is fully equipped, very spacious and beautiful. We had breakfast in the garden and enjoyed the great location (we had a car to reach everything, but there should be some supermarkets that can be accessed by foot as well). The staff is friendly and fast to reply to questions. Great service and facilities!

“Great stay in Kumano!”
Everything! The space, the garden outside and how well cured it is, the cleanliness etc. You have everything you need in the house and more. We really appreciated the multiple sinks and two toilets since we were in 4. I wish we had allowed more time in our road trip to stay for more days. We were pleasantly surprised by the small town also and hope to be back in the region!
