Staff is really friendly, they also have a service to keep our luggage during our day-trip. The room was clean and we had everything we needed. The included breakfast is also good, with plenty of choices.

Friendly, helpful staff on checking in. Nice breakfast, fantastic location, just yards from buses, trains and trams and a short walk from the river for morning exercise.

“Nice hotel in a perfect location”
A nice hotel in a tall building right next to Kumamoto Station. The room was cozy, with a comfortable bed and all the usual in-room facilities (hairdryer, fridge and TV). The location next to the station makes it a great base for exploring Kumamoto and taking trips to the surrounding area. Check-in and check-out can be done at a self-service machine, but staff are always nearby — very helpful and ready to assist.

“MINUTES WALK FROM MAIN STATION”
Great service from staff, facilities good including washing machines and dryers. .Exceptional welcomes from the happy reception staff very helpful. .a free coffee machine and cold water on the ground floor

Great location next to the train station. Comfy, efficient, room spacious enough, quiet. Wifi worked well. Breakfast is very basic, could have replaced it with a couple onigiri from conbini. Amu Plaza mall with foodcourt is next door, so quite a choice of dining options.

The most l like about the property is the perfect location just right next to Kumamoto main train station. As well as the delicious breakfast.
