Nice old Japanese house with a modern kitchen. Check in was a breeze. 2 parking lots. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable stay.

Very traditional Japanese house with modern amenities! Nice garden to chill when we had our morning coffee although it’s so cold during our stay in winter. The host, Yurie was lovely and introduced us around the house and explained how the amenities worked.

Great house! It’s old but amazing

Fantastic house in a great location; close to train station and amenities. Has ample parking for 2 cars. Loved our stay here as a group of 7 travelling together.

The host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The house was well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect,easy access to supermarket, public transportation.

We had a wonderful stay at Sumitsugu House. The owner was very friendly and introduced us on the facilities in great details. Location is good, just about 8-10min walking from the Kumamoto station. Garden is beautiful day and night. Perfect place to fully experience the traditional Japanese house.

The house was located near the city centre which was very convenient to get around! The facilities were great and we loved the common spaces. Good for big groups and families

Property: - Conveniently located within walking distance from the train station and near to eateries. - Has free parking for guest. - Is clean, well heated, nice decor and has a nice garden. - Bed is comfortable. - Kitchen fully equipped, though we didn't cook. - Has a washing machine with dryer. - Comes with 2 toilets, one bath and one shower. - Check in/out is easy Host - Host is very nice and very responsive to our messages. - Met up with us to introduce the property to us and how to use the appliances. - Made good recommendations for restaurants.

The apartment is 10 minutes walk away from the main train station 🚉 The house is clean, comfortable and large enough for a group of 6. Yurie san welcomed us friendly and explained clearly was we need to know. The communication with Yurie san was so easy. We would like to thank you very much for being so accommodating and friendly throughout all of our stay! We really had a great time and enjoyed everything about the place. Hope to see you again in the near furture;)
