“Excellent!”
Location just right above shopping arcade. If with car, many multi-storey car parks around location. Room is decent size and clean. Purified water system enables drinking water flow- don’t need to buy bottled water. Staff speaks English and very friendly. There is coin operated laundry machines if anyone needs to have quick clothes wash. Thank you for your service.

Great amenity bar that included a beauty face mask. Location was great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had good variety and quality was good.

“Nice big rooms”
The rooms at this hotel were more spacious than other Japanese hotels and it was in a great location, very convenient to shops and restaurants. The parking was close and easy to find, even though not at the hotel.

Awesome location. Right next to eating places, malls and shops close by. Parking was conveniently located close by. Check in and check out procedures automated and worked flawlessly. Staff were able to communicate with us using an excellent translator tool. Room was comfortable. Great value for money.

“Excellent, will go back again”
The staff were proficient in many languages and friendly. They recommended some local quality eateries out of the many surrounding the hotel. Rooms were small but cleaned. Very comfortable pyjamas and towels provided. The breakfast were adequate too. The location is right in the city centre with everything in close proximity and shops opened till late.

The location is perfect. There is a 7-Eleven downstairs, and it’s easy to access shops and restaurants nearby. Kumamoto Castle is within walking distance. Most importantly, the staff are super nice and friendly. I would love to come back again!

The view on the castle was unbeatable!! The room was also bigger than other hotels I experienced in Japan. I would definitely stay there again ! Plus the location was perfect , so close to shopping street shotengai, and yet it was very quiet in the room. I wish I could stay more there!
