“Comfortable and convenient stay”
The hotel is in the shopping walking street so it is convenient to look around the shops and restaurants. The rooms are nice and the space is okay. The staffs are friendly. There is no parking lot but has a co-parking lot with discount near the hotel (less than 5 min walk). The amenities are at the 1st floor to pick up to use in the room - like the other Richmonds. This is another hotel chain that I would like to stay in the future.

“Nice and central hotel with friendly staff”
I liked that the rooms were relatively spacious compared to other parts in Japan and that the stuff was very friendly and welcoming. I also really liked the location in the middle of the arcades with many convenience stores and other stores close by.

The location was fantastic, opening right into a covered shopping street in Shinshigai. This street had plenty of places to eat and also was a short walk to the tram line.

Great location in the middle of the Shinsegai Sunroad and Shimotori Shopping Arcade, easily reachable by tram from the train station. Despite the shopping area very quiet at night. Very friendly and welcoming staff, we arrived ahead of check in time, and they took care of our luggage and it was already brought to our room when we came back in the evening. Room is larger than an average room in the hotel of the same level, has all imaginable amenities, and you can also pick up more at the reception if you need anything. Bed was comfy and WFI worked well. Would gladly stay again.
