“Couldn't be better.”

Hotel is in an excellent location and close to Kumamoto Castle, restaurants and shopping. Facilities are very clean and reception staff are very helpful with all my questions and requests. Will stay here again when we return to Kumamoto. Hotel has special arrangement with car parks nearby. There is also a lot of space on the reception floor for 'hanging out'. E.g. There is a large drinks room, doubles as breakfast room and you can read or google to your hearts content. The onsen is excellent and the multiple lifts are very efficient.

Great location for visiting Kumamoto

Fantastic location and big room for Japan standards. The breakfast was amazing and was the reason I booked this hotel and the onsite onsen was such a treat. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions. The cleaning staff were polite and friendly. The affiliated parking was very convenient and affordable. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout our visit, always making us feel welcome and cared for. We truly appreciated all the little details and thoughtful gestures. When they learned it was our honeymoon trip, they even prepared a small surprise for us, which meant a lot. The indoor and outdoor onsen was amazing, the location was extremely convenient, everything you need such as restaurants, supermarket, duty-free stores, were doorsteps away.

This is definitely one of my favorite hotels from the trip. The location couldn’t be better—step right out of the hotel and you’re immediately surrounded by shops and restaurants, which is incredibly convenient. The rooms are new and very clean. What I loved the most, though, was the spacious and beautifully designed public bath. After a full day of exploring, coming back to soak in warm water was incredibly relaxing.

Breakfast, Onsen, Location, Amenities, Well kept.

Decent breakfast buffet selection. Location close to castle, garden, shopping mall with Christmas market. On pedestrian street surrounded by food options and convenience store. Not a like or dislike just a note that if you’re driving and have a passenger you can stop at side alley that cuts across pedestrian street that hotel is on to offload luggage before driving off to parking lot some minutes’ walk away.
