Excellent place to stay. The food was lovely for a buffet breakfast. Absolutely delicious. The staff at this hotel were really helpful and friendly. This is really conveniently located for the shops and the team system too.. The Kumamon theming was great

“Nice hotel but very small rooms”
We booked a Kumamo room which was really cute. The bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a garage which is really necessary if you have a rental car.

“Just fabulous”
This was a fabulous hotel with amazing staff who were just so kind and helpful . The room was a really comfortable size and the location is perfect for a walk to the castle

“Great hotel”
Located within a walking distance to major attractions. Parking is avaliable in underground garage or at the coin parking next to the hotel. Automatic check in and out is easy to use. Rooms are nice and clean. The cinematic kumamon room is a highlight and made our stay that much special :) The coin laundry is a big plus and the machines are big.

Great location and good size room. Even though our car did not fit in the parking garage the parking staff was very nice and helpful in finding us a nearby parking spot. Kumamon!
