It is very convenient because is inside the city and you have parking (paid) and everything close to you. You take the tram if u need, for the price is very good.

Centrally located, modern hotel. Check-in is done with quirky holograms and you can borrow from a large selection of manga. Very clean, well equipped room; exceptional breakfast (Japanese style)

“Love the Wing for their delicious breakfast.”
The value for money. Breakfast, not big varieties but only the required. Prepared well and tasted good. Better than most of the hotels of our trip, a total of 6, including 5 star hotels.

Not family friendly. No parking lots and the reception is located on Level 3. I failed to see the reasons why we can't use the hotel trolley to transfer our luggage to L1. The staff just watched me carrying 5 luggage leaving the reception without offering any help. Definitely a NO for us next time😞

“Wonderful holiday in Kumamoto”
Great location (a few steps away from the Suidocho bus and also tram station, good connection with Kumamoto station). Very tasty breakfast (including horse meat dishes, wonderful local soup and fresh baked croissants). The spa/onsen is a plus - although it is not big, it was not crowded and I could enjoy by myself. It was spotlessly clean. A 7/11 shop is at the hotel entrance, also a big plus. Cleaning is excellent. This hotel is really a hidden gem in Kumamoto and would absolutelly reccomend it - I will be back for sure.

“Good location”
The connecting room makes the room bigger. The location is central, near the Tsuruya dept store and shopping alley. It's very convenient to find food. All within walking distance.There is no free parking in the hotel, but there is ample parking space with a fee. The hotel was associated with the parking space opp the hotel, but we did not choose that one, we chose near the hotel, as it is more convenient to carry our luggage.

“A very good, quiet, clean hotel in a good location.”
Although it’s not near the main station, it’s close to the A and B tram lines, near the castle and some excellent eateries in the alleyways behind. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms are good. I also enjoyed the hot bath.
