“Calm place”
The hotel got a nice sento, and the personnel took care of our luggages after and before our stay. Got an old vibe, but it's alright and calm.

The room without a window (i.e, in the middle of the floor) was great. It had a surprisingly amount of space, was very comfortable and came with a great, adjustable air conditioner. The hotel is located a bit far from Kumamoto Station but is well-serviced by both trams and buses (trams are recommended for passengers with large luggage). The staff are extremely polite and professional.

The staff was nice and helpful. Room was comfortable, with great facilities. The location is also convenient. Overall a very good stay, and I would recommend for business travellers.

It is a little distant from the bus station or train station. I arrived there in the evening, and the road seems scary. One thing worths mentioning is that they don't provide drinking water... While the staffs there were really kind.
