It’s close proximity to luffy and chopper statue (if you like walking) and staff was lovely and managed to deal with us even though we knew little to no nihongo

“Dated, uncomfortable but economic hotel”
It was affordable. The bed was okay too. Location could have been better but it was not too far from busy areas and it was well connected to the tram stop.

Everything smells like cigarettes but they give you an air filter in your room that cancels out the smell when it is on. I think all the vents are connected.

Older Hotel with clean and comfortable rooms,friendly welcoming staff in Suizenji Park about 3km from downtown but tram at the door.Great coffee ☕️

“The hotel is very close to my martial arts destination and was very reasonably priced.”
The service was great. The rice and miso soup were always nice and hot. The coffee was very good and tea was always available.
