“Great hotel that has it all.”
Car parking lift was very convenient. Hotel in a good location, not in the 'centre' of things so not too crowded, but plenty going on around and easy to get anywhere.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. private bathroom. The staff was friendly and nice. They can speak well english. They can store your baggage before the check in. It is close for tram. It was my bad that I didnt notice that I booked a smoking room. There were no free room for change. Altough they were so nice to put the ozone into our room while we was away. The staff was really accommodating.

The location was excellent, very close to the shopping area and the castle. The staff was very kind. The bed was comfortable and the window has nice view

“Average corporate hotel in a questionable area”
One of the gentlemen spoke good English and was very helpful. There is a FamilyMart directly up the road, and a Streetcar stop a 10 minute walk away that connects to Kumamoto Station and other hotspots.
