“Friendly staff”
Staff Ellie most helpful. She had the initiative to call the restaurant after I told her that I left my tote bag there at dinner. She got the staff to keep my bag aside until I returned.

“FAV Hotel never fails. My second stay with FAV.”
We booked a deluxed studio for 5 adults. The whole studio is very spacious and clean. The beddings are very comfortable too. There is a nice lobby where we sit and have our takeaway meals.

“Stay is comfortable in the big room. Although kitchen is small, it’s functional. Staffs are helpful.”

Stayed in same hotel in takayama and it was quite good. This location is a bit far from attractions and room was abit old. Wallpaper have many scratches.

“Practical place for a pause.”
Very useful free washing machine in room, with free washing-capsules, and dryer over the bath. Cooking equipment. Smart TV. South facing terrace out front of hotel lobby. Excellent cafe and awesome bakery close by, plus a 7-11. .
