The outlets near the bed were very useful. Breakfast was good. Friendly and patient staff. The location near both the trams and restaurants and convenience stores was nice too. The lockers were a good call.

Convenient location, good breakfast, fast and efficient laundry service. The room was clean and decent size. We arrived really early and the staff was able to store our bags and help luggage forwarding with Yamato.

It is located in a shopping arcade Sakaidori in easy reach of new Shinshigai railway station tramway and amazing Kumamoto castle .Due to this easy access I was able to visit the castle and Botanic gardens in the same day .

Spacious twin room with window view of Kumamoto Castle. Reasonable breakfast and self service coffee corner till 2400hrs. Paid parking is just beside hotel.

Fuss-free hotel with all the basic necessities including toiletries. Comes with breakfast although breakfast end time is early - 9.30am but it is uniform throughout all the hotels in Japan. Staff is helpful too.

Located right beside a sheltered shopping street with lots of restaurants, café, fastfood and shops. Hotel services is great and staffs helpful. Overnight (multistorey) parking at 1000 is right beside the hotel where you collect the parking ticket and pay at hotel reception for discounted price. Reception and breakfast (included in booking) and complimentary coffee, tea, water are all at Level 3. So after parking one have to get down to ground level to take hotel lift to reception. Room space is larger than my previous 2 hotel stay and can place on floor at large size luggage. Breakfast although simple one had varieties more than enough for a good breakfast. TV has at least a U-tube channel so won't get bored with local Jap channel you can't understand. Highly recommended.
