“Very comfortable design hotel”
Comfortable room with more space than what is the standard in Japan. Very nice design and we loved the morning piano song🙂 The hotel top floor spa is really nice with a view of the city.

This hotel is excellent! The service was fantastic, room was modern and incredibly spacious, the onsen was extremely clean with indoor and outdoor pool. And to top it all , its minutes away from shopping street yet extremely quiet and peaceful inside. Its also within walking distance from top attractions.

“Impressed! Highly recommend”
Location was convenient, close to the train, and located by a covered shopping street, which was really nice because it rained! The room was quite spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. Never heard of Candeo before. I didn't know what to expect, but I wasn't disappointed ! Tattoo friendly spa after hours was a nice perk.

“Beautiful hotel in central Kumamoto.”
The hotel itself is located in a great area within an easy walk from many attractions and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and impressive, and has an onsen located on the roof which we enjoyed during our visit. I don't believe the water is a natural hot spring, but it was still nice to relax in a public bath after a long day of walking and sightseeing. Comfortable beds and a nice, clean room.

The room was spacious, new and clean. The spa area in the roof top was very large and modern. The location of the hotel was very convinient, a few steps from the undercover shopping strip.
