“Best experience ever”
Just so friendly and helpful. We came from Australia and honestly loved it. We were a big group. 14 of us.

“Passable at best”
The breakfast was more comprehensive than other hotels and enjoyed it very much. The room was a decent size along with the bathroom. The location was very close to Kumagaya station making it easy to walk around.
