So close to Kumagaya station that only a small bus station is between you and the hotel. A great place as a base for your SL Paleo Express visit.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel other than that cleaning staff banged on my door in the morning, luckily i was already awake otherwise i would've been unpleasantly woken up. Same day I later found out that cleaning staff had entered my room without permission to do cleaning. I was not informed of this. I did not consent to this. I did not want this. I had all my belongings in my room, so naturally i had to double check that nothing had been stolen. Good hotel, but because of this incident i can never see myself coming back here again.

“Very basic rooms and cost.”
No tea/coffee or kettle despite room description saying these things were included in the room. It looked like something out of the 1970’s but shower was powerful and good. Unable to connect to the Wi-Fi Friendly staff Inconsistent standards and amenities between our 2 rooms. Like an entry level Travelodge but cost reflects this - we just wish the hotel and amenities advertised had been available.

Staff was very helpful and kindly showed us a cheaper parking place than the one offered by the hotel. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great value.

Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. English speaking guy at reception was such a bonus for us as we don't speak much Japanese. Great location right by all the restaurants near the station
