I really liked the whole concept of the house. Although it does not have a kitchen with an oven, we enjoyed the grill and the magic of the outdoor kitchen - grilling meat and cutting a salad at the same time. The house was tidy and clean, it had everything you need. The area itself was also charming. Additional bonus points would definitely be given to the kind and lovely hostess. Thanks for hosting!

It was an absolutely unforgettable experience.Thanks to Hardi and Kylli for this opportunity to visit your home. Beautiful nature, very well-groomed territory. The house is bright, clean and very spacious. We also used the sauna (60-80 degrees of soft, pleasant steam) of course, after that we jumped into the river. We used the grill. It is very nice that there is everything you need for cooking. Incredible weekends, a lot of emotions and joy. Liked everything! The host was very nice and offered to help with everything we needed:) The house was very beautiful from the inside and also the outside. It had everything we needed for a perfect little weekend away. It provided towels, shower gel, cutlery, boardgames and so on! Would definitely recommend to everyone wanting to explore Soomaa or even just to relax near the river and enjoy the quietness:) You can even buy amazing apple juice from them!

The place is excelent with the access to the river. The hosts are very nice people, always willing to help and make your stay perfect. The house was absolutely clean and very nicely furnished.

Peaceful area and cosy cottage by the river. Even if the owner lives next to the cottage, there is the area of your own just to relax and enjoy your stay. Sauna with the view to the river is nice. The place has interesting history, which continues as apple farm. Great hospitality makes you feel very welcome. Certainly worth visiting.

Perfect, quiet accomodation for couples or families next to the river owned by a lovely couple. Although the house doesn't have a kitchen, with the grill, the microwave and the electric kettle it is perfectly comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable with warm sheets and soft pillows. Plus the sauna is amazing! We didn't ask for a breakfast, but tried the apple juice produced next to the house, and it was delicious.

“Perfect stay for relaxing or hiking/kayaking day trips near Soomaa”

Really glad we decided to stay here for 4 nights, wish we could have stayed longer. The house is really nice, on a large property, near the river (since we brought our own kayaks). The cottage is nicely furnitured, plenty of seating area also outside, clean and especially the sauna was a big plus for us, which we used a few times. We had no issue with there being no kitchen, as we were prepared to cook on the bbq. It should be no problem if you are a bit creative. One time we did get dinner in the nearby village. The location is also suitable for day trips to the Soomaa national park. We also got a nice tour of the apple farm facilities, and the hosts are really kind people and most welcoming.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway. The house is located next to the river and has great sauna and BBQ facilities. It's very spacious and full of light. Hosts are very friendly and as they are producing apple products, you can try and buy different interesting and delicious goods there. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.
