Last minute cancel my booking, caused extremely to find hotel in check-in day. Not assist in such situations, try to push away the responsible and told me to refer Booking.com for the refund process.

The house was really clean and had a good facility within it. The host provides ample amenities that suit the amount of visitor count to check in. The host also provides an extra bed for us. The house is also complete wifi and Netflix for us to use anytime. The hosts were very attentive to any requests from us.
