Hello, I am extremely dissatisfied with the accommodation!!! When taking over the apartment, the shower did not work, the very first day we had to shower in another apartment. The manager said it was the cleaning lady's fault and the next day they would replace the broken faucet in the shower...which didn't happen, they fixed it so it couldn't be completely stopped the water was still running. During our stay, we noticed that the janitor was cleaning the apartment...so he lied to us. The overall condition of the apartment was catastrophic...and they still have the courage to ask for a deposit of €50, which will be returned upon departure if the apartment is not damaged. The day before departure I informed the manager that we were leaving early in the morning for the ferry and that the deposit had to be returned...then the manager hid and I was afraid that he did not want to return the deposit. After this experience with Adriagate services, I will be very careful not to book accommodation managed by Adriagate.
