Very disappointing experience. The hotel encouraged cancelling the Booking.com reservation by offering a discount, but was not transparent about the consequences and failed to clearly communicate changes to what was included in the booking. It felt like the main goal was to benefit from having the reservation cancelled while avoiding the commitments of the original booking. When concerns were raised, the response was unprofessional and dismissive rather than helpful. Trust, transparency, and respect for guests are basic expectations, and unfortunately this hotel fell well short of them.

Super friendly host, he let me wash clothes and he stored my bicycle safe overnight! Breakfast was tasty, and coffee also! Very clean too, and nice shower!

Beautiful modern stay in the heart of the city. Private parking spot, easy access to city by short walk distance. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. Owner is awesome man who will help with everything!

“Amazing Hotel ♥️”

I loved the hotel room with it's nice decor and freshly renovated bathrooms. We had a great view since you could see the mountains throughout the window. Because of the great food there, we had every meal at the hotel's restaurant. The hotel is run by a lovely family and it's owner helped us a lot during our stay. His recommendations and tips for our trip were great and I'm looking forward to another vacation at the hotel London in kukes some day. All in all, an amazing hotel with amazing people I'd highly recommend. Greetings from Germany 💕

A great family-fun hotel and restaurant. The family were all so friendly and helpful and spoke great English. The father has worked as a chef in London so the food at dinner and breakfast was fabulous and he could not have been more hospitable. Thank you everyone at London Restaurant Hotel.

Hotel completely renovated with excellent rooms and services. The staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel has a great on-site restaurant, which is useful since there are few restaurants in the town.

I've cycled across the whole of Europe and stayed in many hotels. This place is by far the friendliest. The family who run it cannot do enough for you! The place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Couldn't recommend more highly

A very beautiful room with a jacuzzi and the host was very helpful

The hotel was well-equipped with all the necessities, making our stay very comfortable. The owners were super nice and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We really enjoyed the good breakfast each morning, and the convenient parking was a big plus. Highly recommend! The restaurant with the hotel was also very convenient with good food and prices.

If you want to be spoilt rotten and taken care of perfectly, this is your place to stay, no need to look any further. The owner does everything for you- dietary wishes, room service (he went out to buy a water kettle for us to use in our room); it is incredible. We usually do not write extensive reviews but he, his lovely wife and great son deserve more hotel guests so we hope this helps. Good quality beds, neat furniture, attention to detail and excellent meals. We truly wish him and all his staff all the best!!! He deserves it.
