Very central location so easy to walk everywhere Helpful staff who spoke English Clean comfortable room with a kettle Tasty breakfast except it was not served with coffee and we had to buy the coffee from the café next door Very reasonable price

Excellent stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was very convenient. The hotel offers private parking with secure closed gates, which made us feel very safe. The food was delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kukës!

Good breakfast, generally clean, clean bed. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner supplied and towels felt nice.

I was there in 2023, the hotel was renovated now, and it is much better. In the evening there was a live music in the lounge. We organized a big regional conference and the hotel provided amazing service.Traditional food was amazing.

Very very friendly and welcoming staff at the reception and in the restaurant. All staff 10/10. washed our laundry and didnt want any money, but of course we paid. Food was very good and breakfast. Very good safe parking for motorcycles. Room was very clean also has ac. Price was cheap. Highly recommended, stayed for two nights.

Extremely kind and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this hotel for single travelers, couples, families or group activities. Comfy and newly renovated rooms. Great view towards the mountain. Has a nice restaurant/bar attached next to it as well.
