The room had everything you needed, and it was in very good condition: large screen television with Netflix, very comfortable mattress, great bathroom with a huge shower, nice view of the woods with the stream. In any case, let's be clear: the main point is the price. Excellent value for money, although I can already hear the voices of those who "ah! There was a spider in my room! My gosh!"

The check in was smooth and also staff was very responsive when reached over chat . Felt very secure too with digi locks . Everything was perfect .

Practical location, situated right besides the road with flawless easy access to our room. Nice modern clean room with large bathroom, and large windows to open with the sound of the river floating by. Kitchenette and large refrigerator. We managed to leave some valuables behind when leaving, but was found by the extremely service minded staff and returned to our possession. KUF Hotel comes highly recommended!

An ideal hotel as a base for exploring different places in this part of Austria; for us, it was a perfect stopover on our way to Florence. Very clean, with a fridge and a small kitchenette, a spacious and pleasant bathroom, and comfortable beds. If you have a ground-floor room, you can park your car almost right outside your door. It was quiet. There’s also really easy access to the highway. I highly recommend it both for a short stay and for a few nights.

The quality of the hotel was a big and pleasant surprise for me and my wife. Kufstein is a small city, so I expected to see something simple, but in the end of the day the room turned to be very modern, clean and cosy, with a big bed and a beautiful sight on the river outside. There was also a kitchen, so I could make a romantic dinner. Only one small issue was with the shower, that is one of the shower modes didn't work properly, but otherwise everything was just awesome and I can't wait to rest here again. Thank you!

“Cheap and cosy”

Really comfy and cheap place if you want to make a stop on your car ride. It was completely equipped small flat with kitchen, dishes, fridge, large bathroom. Everything was clean, modern and newly renovated. We liked the huge windows into trees and small stream and it was well soundproof so it was quiet.

Even though it looks like a motel from the outside, inside it's like a standard 3 *** hotel. Surprisingly comfortable bed, the smallest kitchenette corner I've seen however with a kettle and basics for the food preparation. Towels and basic amenities included. Nice view to a river backdoor.
