Situated in the spa town of Kudowa Zdrój, close to the Polish-Czech border, Hotel Kudowa Manufaktura Relaksu offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, a minibar and a refrigerator. “Beautiful stay for a whole family”
I loved that it was kids friendly, nice pool and kids accessories. Pleasant stuff, speaking Czech language and always very friendly. They even surprised me with a birthday decoration.

The staff was incredibly nice and provided special meals for us at breakfast to accommodate my dietary restrictions. We really enjoyed the activities they organised, like the outdoor grilling and kids party. Even though it was full of children, it wasn't noisy or disturbing.

“Hotel with great potential, but needs lots of improvement in the terms of staff behaviour”
Hotel was clean and quiet, sometimes too quiet. The man responsible for the pool was very nice, helpful and understanding. There are 2 playrooms for kids of all age, including table tennis and PS gaming zone. Parking in front of the hotel was easy. Breakfast with many options, mainly though from frozen fast food, but minipancakes and coffee were a real treat.
