Mr Teo is very helpful and informative. I can ask him anything (about facilities or where I can get something that I cannot find) anytime. Most of things a house need, is available. Dish soap, body shampoo, etc

“Cozy beds great location”
The beds were really big and comfortable. Even the sofa bed was nice. The host was very responsive to our queries. Location was convenient as it was right above vivacity mall. Would stay here again.

“Complete facilities with super helpful owner!”
All facilities are complete if you bring toddler and with few more paxs. This unit has it all - washing machine, water dispenser, fridge etc. We had issue with WiFi but Mr Teo was super helpful in making sure its working !

Mr Teo, the host was very helpful and any inquiries were answered in a timely manner. The location was perfect as it was just a short elevator ride down to the largest mall in Kuching, Vivacity. The apartment is clean and cosy and it is easy to get e-hailing cabs.
