Stayed here because my family member was admitted at the hospital. Very accessible indeed. The room is quaint but comfortable. There's food court downstairs which sells affordable and delicious dishes.

The first room was very smelly, smells pee the whole room, the floor was not clean enough. And i decide to ask the operator to change my room. The aircond brokedown, too cold and cannot adjust the temperature. No carpet at all makes the room creepy and cold. It is better call it as 'Asrama'.

Convenient location as our conference inside hospital. Walking distance. Food court next to hotel. 24 hours mart also there .ATM machines have 3 . Room was clean .No regret stay here

“location quite good for visit family at hospital umum sarawak..”
my first time stay at Serapi hotel, it was feel like I admit at private hospital.. it's was fun. it's easy to find food because in middle on town.
