I like the design. Look modern. The wifi was good coverage. Can watch netflix during stayed. Beside, i love it as it very near to paed clinic. Suitable enough for those who travel from far as they had appt with specialist doctor in SGH to stay here.

“It was a nightmare for my family and i. bad experiece n ruin all our holiday.”
I have bad experience. Was booking for stay n got feedback the booking was confirmed untill the time i show up for checked-in. but was told by the front counter staff that booking.com has cancelled my booking.i double checked my booking n the status was confirmed. Then the hotel change my room to other room which is not the one i agreed in the 1st place, coz the room i supposed to stay was given to others. I confrant the manager n told them that we are come form far with small kids n one baby. The manager manage to give other room but still not the same room as per booked n we are charges extra money for that room. Thinking of small kids n we are already tired, they left us with no choice. The problem started with booking.com that informing the hotell that our booking was cancelled while informing the different way that out status of booking are CONFIRMED. this thing makes out holiday become a nighmare n the room given also not clean, not confortable. I was really dissapointed to both of booking.com n also the hotel.

“Not impressed!!”
The property is very poorly maintained and can hear the lift going up and down, not enough staff working and the whole place is just falling apart - such a shame as it could be a wonderful place!

Nice bedroom suite, lovely structure, big space veranda and a very comfortable king bed. It is a good place to unwind and is not close to any busy areas.There is a laundry facility within the structure.

facilities of the hotel was not satisfying. pay for RM1++ per night but the room isn't clean. there's no water heater, and water supply was too slow.

“Don’t stay there”
Dirty place without any supply at the room (no soap…). The housekeeper doesn’t clean every day, bad location and the people in the main desk unfriendly; they ask for a deposit in cash and at the end your stay they didn’t return it. Bad bad experience …

I have no complaints. It matches my needs for being so near the hospital where my mum is warded for the past one week. I came to shower, rest and sleep. Very convenient.
