Please be careful to other that want to book this place..booking set non refundable..my flight 17/10 9:15 am..email received on 17/10 8:30am from property ask me to cncle the property..booking already made more than one month before travel and i bring big family 10 people..very bad..and this person in charge blame me on whatssap why i not show up..not logic to show up..10 people with two children and one infant what do you expect me to do other than find another place to stay

“Bad management”
They contact me in the morning on the check in day to tell me the apartment is not available and need to change apartment. But ask me to pay extra money. If not they ask me to cancel. How can i find another place within just sshort time? Thats why i book earlier. And we are from semenanjung. If we cancel, the loss will be on us because the refund money is not 100%. This is the worst way to scam people. And i asked for invoice, they refused to give a proper invoice but they send me booking confirmation from booking.com. Even booking.com said invoice need to be given by them. In conclusion, do not book this unit.
