Customer service VERY SUPER BAD! We reach in front of the building, suddenly ask us to cancel get the refund with the reason "WE WERE CLOESED ACTUALLY"!!!!! Dun know what kind of reason is that! Call so many times but no answer at all! DO NOT BOOK FOR THIS APARTMENT!

Owner cancel my booking after make payment,The home stay owner hung up the mobile phone, only leaving a last minute cancellation message to refund the payment I had already made.
