“Great place to stay”
We stayed for 33 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend. The owner, is lovely, she answered and quickly dealt with any requests that we had, I love the fact there are instructions and notes. It is on the 10th floor with a view of the pool/hotel. There is a balcony which stretches the length of the apartment. The main bedroom has an ensuite. There is another shower room, they have plenty of hot and a good water pressure. We only used the main bedroom, so can't really comment on the other two bedrooms. The main bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen area has plenty of work surface and all the facilities we required , even an oven. There is a washing and drying machine, which was really an added bonus. Internet is good and a nice sized flat TV, with a sofa and armchair. There are plenty of air conditioning units, the apartment is light and airy. There is a really good gym, which have plenty of weights (free / equipment) and cardio machines. Changing rooms have access to a steam room and sauna. There are 2 pools a child and main pool which are both good sizes and a comfortable temperature. The staff at the gym reception were very helpful, they put on the sauna and steam room upon request. The complex is several kilometres away from the main town, and takes 15mins by car, it is cheap to get a Grab, but unless you need to visit the main town regularly this is not a problem as there is a shopping mall connected to the apartments, with e-mart that is minutes away. There is also an Everrise, just cross (albeit a busy) road. We hired a scooter for 10 days and found that the security staff were fantastic and we parked the hired bike in a secure location for the duration. The apartment was cleaned weekly, the cleaners do a fantastic job.

Aircon leak water . No Aircon to sleep for 2 nights. No immediate action from owner after we report Aircon leaking water. No one came to repair the Aircon. We continue to stay till Last day with a spoil Aircon leaking water. Why we(customers) has to self clean water from a spoil Aircon. We have elder we need to dry floor in case fall down. Another room not clean properly. Think layer of dust under the bed. Bedsheets and blanket maybe not be washed or replace to fresh set when we Check-In. Dust caused us to sneeze from Day 1 to 4. Under bed is thick layer of dust. Toilet bowl choked. Cannot do full flash,hv to do multiple flashes . Beds are hard. Cannot sleep well. Toilet paper rolls on 3 rolls for 2 bath rooms for 4D3N. How is it sufficient as we have 6 people. Only 1 access card given,caused great inconvenience. Terrible experience
