“STAFF COLLECTS TOURISM TAX AGAIN WITHOUT CHECKING”
DO NOT DOUBLE PAY THE MALAYSIAN TOURISM TAX TO STAFF. When you book on booking.com, the platform already collects the tourism tax. But the staff will collect it again at check-in without checking or asking. DO NOT PAY IT AGAIN. We only realised when checking our receipt. Location is decent and near amenities. Price is value for money. Cleanliness is basic but the whole floor smells like cigarettes. No frills. Good that has water dispenser

“Best location for bako bus pick up”
Very nice staff, friendly and welcoming, free water distributor, location is perfect for bako bus stop (the bus stop is just vis a vis the hotel)

I love the hospitality.. the people and everything. Near a few attractions such as Darul Hana Bridge and DUN. I did my brisk walk from the hotel to the Darul Hana Bridge. There are restaurants around so it's easy to eat.

Ok accommodation in Kuching. Staff friendly, spoke English. Lifts to room Room ok size for one person, probably two Smallish bathroom but ok Good wifi Air con ok. Bed comfortable. Clean sheets and towels ok Inn walking distance to good restaurants and tourist attractions, the Fort across river, about 20 minutes crossing the bridge . Good value inn

The location is centre of the city, easy to hunt for food and breakfast near to the hotel. Hotel is clean, spacious and big bathroom. Staffs is friendly. This hotel is recommended 👌 and cheaper.
