Everything’s great. Unit well maintened by the p.i.c. Cleanliness was neat & tidy. The host (owner) was really helpful, super friendly, kind hearted & generous person. Highly recommended due to it’s location as it is in the centre of Kuching city. Easy access to all the favourite places. Will definitely repeat again for the subsequent visits. 😊

“Good choice for a big group”
10 mins away from airport by car, it is a good choice if you arrive late like us. There are 3 rooms and 3 baths, very convenient for a big group. Washing machine and dryer worked well too. The security guards were vigilant, checking on all cars that entered. And they very kindly offered to store our luggage after we checked out on a Sunday. We didnt get that kind of hospitality from the management office though. I understand it is an Airbnb, but the hosts might have to come up with a better solution for guests who have lots of time to kill in between check out and flight home.

I’m very satisfied with everything that were included in the house. Even every room has an air conditioner. Cutlery, plates and even water dispensers ( Coway ) are included. Very satisfied. 10/10 !!!

Cleanliness. House is adequately equipped. Powerful dryer. Fast responses from management. Comfortable bedding. Quality thick towels. Sufficient access cards & parking lots. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Unit looked exactly as featured in pictures

“A very joyous stay in Kuching”
The house is spacious with a top notch furniture and amenities. As a first time traveller in kuching and bring a van of families, this house offers a great location (which is not a crowded area) between airport and city center, ground floor parking area, smart gated system and comfortable family stay. The host also very attentive to answer all queries.
