Long que during registration and we are getting the room late compared to the 3pm check in and the card was disabled after 12pm although we were only getting our room at 5pm. The breakfast was also understaffed long que when trying to get specific breakfast meal. The lift was also slow and we have to wait for a long time to go to our level

Room was good, but some of the furniture were broken. The breakfast food selection were good but the taste need some improvement because some were tasteless. Overall, still a good choice.
