“Kuantan best gateway”
The room was definitely amazing. As a mom of 3, my favorite part was definitely the washing machine 😆 And I've been to the neighboring apartment - the apartment we stayed in has a cloth drying hanger. Internet was good. Shower no issue of 'banjir'. The theme park looks big in the pics but actually it's not that big. The food prices at the cafe are cheap. The nasi goreng bodo for breakfast is a killer. We stayed on the 9th floor. The unit has 2 bedrooms - Master bed with 1 queen bed, another with 2 single beds. They also provide a single bed mattress and the living room has a sofa bed that fits 2 person. Makan - plenty of food stalls and convenient stores within walking distance. There's also a nice stall selling keropok lekor. At night you can lepak and enjoy a cup of coffee at Sechawan - just across the main road. Their cheesecake is a must try.

The location was excellent - just a walk away to the beach. Many shops nearby for your convenience. Maintenance staff was excellent. Will definitely come again

“Overall good experience”
The service from cafe that provide breakfast is not prepared for the service. Food is not sufficient durung breakfast and room service order also take 1 hour to arrive with some incomplete item.

“We had a pleasant stay and appreciated the convenient location and family-friendly facilities”
We stayed on the ground floor, which provided direct access to the swimming pool and beach. This was very convenient, as there was no need to wait for the elevator. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and sufficient for a small family. My children especially enjoyed both the swimming pool and the beach during our stay. Breakfast options were simple and sufficient for a quick start to the day.

- Walking distance to the beach - Mini water theme park fun enough for all (Ground floor unit has direct access to the pool and playground which is very convenient) - Kitchen facilities are sufficient and complete for simple cooking. “Short n sweet stay.”
Check in n check out was smooth. Breakfast provided was fair, however, eating in order was easy n fast. Food was delivered to the apt.The apartment was large enough for 4 persons. Futon given was comfortable. Pillows and blakets given was of good quality. Clean n easy to keep clean. (Broom n dustpan was provided) The hotel facilities were very good n enjoyable for families with children. The safety provided was very good. Pleasant short stay
