The guest house cleanliness was disappointing. The floor, bed cover, pillow cover, and ceiling fan were dusty and dirty. The hot shower also did not provide hot water during bathing. I had requested a non-smoking room, but there was still a slight smoke smell around the room. The pantry area was also unacceptable because it was dirty and there were wild cats around. There was a bad smell inside the room, and even cat feces near the area. Overall, the hygiene and maintenance need serious improvement.
