Situated a 5-minute walk from Kuantan Town and a 10-minute walk from the East Coast Mall, Kuantan Backpackers features rooms with private lockers, free Wi-Fi and funky decor. Guests are welcome to add to the decor and contribute to the mural. This property is a 5-minute walk from eateries and the Kuantan Bus Station. It is a 10-minute drive from Teluk Cempedak Beach and a 3.5-hour drive from Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The non-smoking dormitory rooms are either cooled with air conditioning or a fan. Guests have access to shared bathroom and toilet facilities, as well as a common kitchen which comes with a stove, a dining table and a fridge. Kitchen ware is provided. The lounge comes with a flat-screen TV and a sofa. Kuantan Backpackers offers an airport shuttle service at a fee. Bicycle rental, currency exchange and tour arrangement services are also available. The hostel's friendly staff will gladly share their knowledge of the area.

There is a kitchen with free coffee. The WiFi works really good, even in the street. The staff are nice.
