I really really HATE it when I was not able to change the booking date to one day later despite of my SEVERAL attempts contacting Booking.com via emails and phone calls the whole of last night without any respond.

“Rooms price was average and not considered low considering the proximity of the hotel from the city.”
No breakfast was offered nor available. Locations was fine for local establishments. Abit far to go to Kuantan town area where there are more F&B available.
