Your staff very unprofessional, i already booking at booking.com but when I arrived at the hotel they tell me rooms was full at 12.30am. I really disappointed and after we left the hotel, your staff call me back and tell me our rooms are ready and thats their mistakenly. Thats really waste my time, im form perak - kuantan was 10hrs because of jammed and i really need to stay there. Your staff should double check first because i m already booking, im not walk in.
