The directions given on how to check in was clear. Overall, the location is good and there are options on food, coffee and a few convenience stores. The apartment was clean, and provided ample space for a family of 4.

It feels at home! The unit complete with washing machines+ dryer, water filter, cooking utensil, microwave , extra mattress and huge fridge. So i am happy with all this! Senang.

Very clean. Complete with the all amenities such as water dispenser, tableware, extra mattresses and blankets, iron, laundry basket, telekung n sejadah refrigerator, washing machine with drier, complimentary teabags, 3in1 coffee, and many more. The room is privacy, ground floor and easy access. Great hospitality and highly recommended.

Stayed different units in Timurbay before, and I believe this is the best one one so far! Came one day before and staying during Eid Adha 2022 and needed somewhere on ground floor + can do light cooking / food reheating (as most restaurants are closed due to PH), and this place fits our criteria and also have the following plus points; - on ground floor, easy to go to the pool / beach / outside without needing lifts ( previous experience of fighting for the lift rides during weekend stays / PH stays was horrible) - can do light cooking / have microwave / have cooking utensils / toaster / water heater for food reheating. Also have water dispenser, lifesaver for parents with babies! ✨So far this is the only unit with hot and cold water dispenser, kudos! - Clean! Host is not in country but housekeeper managed to keep unit clean. - Housekeeper is available to be reached for questions - Parking is at Level 3A which is too far away, but host also dropped note that we can park at visitor parking (near the gate). please park at visitor parking as this unit is very close to lobby and makes commuting easier - Wonderful shower with hot water and pump activator - Lots of extra foldable mattresses ❤️ - Wonderful hotel-ish bath and shampoo gel - Little bits of considerate facilities like readily used rattan bag, to be used for trip to the beach ❤️ - many tv channels - washer and dryer with instructions - kiblah instruction/ prayer veils / prayer mats provided - iron provided

The unit is easily accessible as it is at the ground floor. It is well-equipped and convenient. Suitable with my family (6 members) as they have beds and futons.
