Staff shows good hospitality , and reallly helpfull and acomodating. Room are neat and clean. Breakfast are great . Hotel ambient are relaxing. Walking distance to various shop.

Good Day to you. I need to speak with you regarding a severe service failure during our check-in on 1st june. Our scheduled check-in was at 4:00 PM, but our room was not ready until past 6:00 PM .This delay severely impacted our holiday. I am traveling with my children, and because we had no room to change or unpack, their planned beach afternoon was completely ruined. We spent hours, disappointed kids instead of starting our vacation.Since we lost a significant portion of our first paid day and our family's time was wasted, I am asking for a 50% refund on the first day room rate to make up for this terrible start.

“Disappointing stay with a terrible drainage smell and unhelpful management; completely overpriced.”
There was a severe, foul smell coming from the septic drainage system into our room. When we brought this up to the hotel management, they were unable to change our room or resolve the issue. Given the high price of this resort, the experience was not at all worth the money.

“A wonderful, family-friendly stay with excellent amenities and a perfect location near the beach.”
The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and offered beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, which had a fantastic variety of fresh options. The beach was also just a short walk away and very pristine.

I love the location. Eventhough it is packed during peak season. But love the hallway to hotel rooms. The pool and beach is available straight out of the balcony. Love the greenery. The court is not covered though if not will be booked for pickleballing.
