Yesterday , i want checkin around 4pm , the receptionist said , no room for my booking coz the room is leaking ... why i no get any information before i arrived ? Then the reception please call booking for this matter ...

its like going inside some horror room that have been use for making horror movie. if u take the shower its feeling like someone pissing on your head cause the water very slow. even thought i book for 2 people but the blanket for 7 years old children very small
